Compassionate Pathways Counseling is looking for part-time and/or full-time psychotherapists and graduate-level interns to join our group practice.
Requirements for part-time and full-time psychotherapists include being licensed in the State of Arizona. Compensation is a percentage based on income received and paid out twice monthly. Compassionate Pathways provides a steady stream of referrals. Candidate must be independent, driven, and collaborative. Candidate will be independent contractor status.

Requirements are:
- Current State of Arizona license as an LPC, LAC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Enrolled in an accredited graduate program
- Willing to work 15 hours per week or more
- Willing to market yourself

Requirements for interns include being enrolled in an accredited Master’s Level psychotherapy program. Candidates must be motivated, committed, and coachable.
