Grow Your Practice with Compassionate Pathways Counseling

Compassionate Pathways Counseling is seeking part‑time and/or full‑time psychotherapists, as well as graduate‑level interns, to join our group practice as 1099 contractors.

We offer a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians can build their caseload with steady referrals, while focusing on the work they love—therapy.

What we provide

• Steady stream of referrals

• Competitive, percentage‑based compensation paid twice monthly

• A dedicated medical biller to coordinate benefits/eligibility and submit claims

• A scheduler who answers calls and handles intake appointments

• Individual consultation with our Clinical Director

• A supportive team environment

• Comfortable office space

• Supervision towards licensure (when needed)

• Ongoing consultative support

Requirements for psychotherapists

• Current Arizona license as an LPC, LAC, LCSW, or LMFT (or in the process of application)

• Availability of at least 15 hours per week, including some evenings

• Independent, self‑motivated, and collaborative working style

• Status as an independent contractor

Requirements for graduate interns

• Enrolled in an accredited Master’s‑level psychotherapy program

• Availability of at least 15 hours per week, including some evenings

• Motivated, committed, and coachable attitude
