Insurance

Insurance may cover part or all of your psychotherapy. We are in‑network with:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
Aetna
United (Mandy and Tricia)
Lyra (Mandy and Tricia)

If your insurance provider isn’t listed, please contact us. We can help determine whether we are in-network with your plan and discuss available payment options. Please note that couples and relationship counseling is private pay and is not eligible for insurance billing or superbills through our practice.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged a late cancellation fee .
