Rates

• Mandy Schulzke: $140 per session

• All other therapists during normal business hours: $125 for 50‑minute sessions

• Sessions that begin at 5:00 pm or later are subject to after hours fee.

Insurance

Insurance may cover part or all of your psychotherapy. We are in‑network with:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Aetna

• United (Tricia and Mandy)

• Lyra (Mandy)

If your insurance provider isn’t listed, please contact us. We can help verify your benefits if we are in‑network, or provide the documentation you need to use out‑of‑network benefits with another insurance provider.

Payment

We accept:

• Cash

• Checks

• HSA (Health Savings Account) cards

• All major credit cards

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged a $65 late cancellation fee.
