We support adults who feel emotionally overloaded but don’t want to “fall apart” to get help—our work includes men, first responders, parents, and high‑achieving professionals who are used to being the strong one, as well as anyone who feels like they’re holding it all together from the inside out. At Compassionate Pathways Counseling, we also work with children, teens, and families who are navigating big feelings, behavior struggles, and complex family dynamics.
