Madison Monter
As a counselor, my focus is to help individuals navigate life's challenges and create lasting change. I can help you with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. My goal is to help clients help themselves by providing the tools and support needed to build trust, resilience, and confidence.
I believe therapy requires commitment and honesty. When you engage fully and authentically, the path to self-awareness and progress becomes clearer. My mission is to support mindful, healthy change through collaboration, empathy, and psychoeducation. I tailor each session to your unique needs, using a solution-focused approach to help you achieve your goals in a practical and efficient way.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a solution-focused approach, along with other evidence-based methods. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Outside of work, I enjoy photographing Arizona's natural beauty, volunteering in my local community, and spending time with my fiancé, 4-year-old stepdaughter, and our two black cats.
Madison has availability Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with some evenings.
