Mandy Schulzke
I became a counselor because I truly believe in the power of growth and transformation. Everyone has the potential to change, even though the journey can sometimes be difficult and painful. My role is to make that journey easier with compassionate guidance and the right tools.
I take a personalized approach to therapy, combining various techniques to fit your unique needs. While some issues may require longer-term work, many concerns can be addressed through shorter-term therapy with follow-up support once your goals are achieved. My priority is to help you feel better as quickly as possible, with relief often starting after the very first session.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples on challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, past trauma, and life transitions. I also support children and adolescents (ages 14 and up) through common challenges, from behavioral issues to social conflicts and mood disorders. One of my greatest passions is working with first responders and their families, and I’m deeply committed to helping couples through specialized training in attachment theory.
Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my family—I've been happily married for 26 years and am the proud parent of four adult children. Arizona’s rich culture is something I cherish, and I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home.
Mandy currently has daytime availability for new clients.
