Children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating emotional and relational challenges—like anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral struggles—often come to therapy because they feel confused, overwhelmed, or like they don’t quite fit in. For kids with Level 1 autism, this can show up as intense emotions, sensory overload, or difficulty reading social cues, all while trying to keep up with school, friendships, and family expectations. I meet them where they are, focusing on helping kids feel more understood in their own world and helping their families find new ways to connect with them.

I specialize in supporting children and adolescents with ADHD, ODD, and Level 1 autism spectrum disorder, helping them make sense of big emotions, strong reactions, and the things that feel confusing or overwhelming in their day‑to‑day lives. My approach is focused on the whole child, not just the behaviors that show up at home or at school, and I use a mix of gentle, relationship‑based tools to help kids feel safer, more understood, and better able to manage their feelings. This allows us to work together at a pace that feels right for them, building trust while helping each child notice their strengths, resilience, and the parts of themselves that are already working well.

If you’re a parent, caregiver, a young adult, or an adult navigating relationship struggles or life transitions and you’re looking for support that feels collaborative and grounded in your real‑life experiences, I invite you to reach out so we can begin working together. I’m here to help families feel more confident in supporting their child, to help kids feel less alone as they navigate school, friendships, and big feelings, and to support adults in strengthening their relationships and adjusting to the changes life brings.

I am currently accepting clients ages 5 and up for sessions Tuesday through Friday, with availability during daytime hours and no after‑school slots available at this time.
